REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER
1. Ordinance – To approve the termination of the Carondelet Village Tax Increment Financing Plan. (Bill No. 6695) • To consider terminating the Carondelet Village TIF Plan due to a nonexecuted agreement by the proposed developer.
2. Ordinance – To approve a contract to purchase property located at 7811 Maryland Avenue. (Bill No. 6696) • To consider authorizing the execution of a purchase contract in the amount of $340,000 for the purchase of property.
3. Resolution – To authorize the execution of a banking services agreement with Commerce Bank. (Res. No. 18-20) • To consider authorizing an agreement for banking services for a three-year period, with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods.
4. Resolution – To approve an intent to reimburse the City from Bond Funds for renovations to the Center of Clayton. (Res. No. 18-21) • To allow the City to be reimbursed for costs incurred prior to the issuance of bonds once bond proceeds are received.
5. Appeal – Architectural Review Board’s decision regarding signage at 100 S. Brentwood Boulevard.
