UNFINISHED BUSINESS

1. Ordinance – To approve a contract to purchase property located at 7811 Maryland Avenue – 2ND Reading. (Bill No. 6696) • To consider authorizing the execution of a purchase contract in the amount of $340,000 for the purchase of property.

2. Appeal – Architectural Review Board’s decision regarding signage at 100 S. Brentwood Boulevard.

REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER

1. Motion – To approve a liquor license for Lemon Shark Poke at 33 N. Central Avenue. • To consider a request for a liquor license.

2. Motion – To approve the 2019 Board of Aldermen Meeting dates.

3. Resolution – To approve a revision to the investment policy statement for the Non-Uniformed Employees’ Pension Plan. (Res. No. 18-22) • To consider a recommendation by the Trustees to move the benchmark index of the core real estate strategy from the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF) index to the NCREIF Fund Index - Open End Diversified Core Equity (NFI ODCE) index.

4. Ordinance – To approve an amendment to the Clayton City Code, Chapter 300, Traffic Code, Sections 340.080, 360.160, 340.190 and 370.015, relating to autocycles. (Bill No. 6697) • To consider an update to the City Code provisions relating to autocycles in order to comply with the Missouri Senate updates. PUBLIC HEARING

1. Ordinance – To repeal Ordinance Nos. 6464 and 6465 and approve an amendment to Subdistrict 1 Plan and Subdistrict 2A Plan for a pedestrian bridge over South Lyle Avenue located at 7600 Forsyth Boulevard (SD1) and 7528 Forsyth Boulevard (SD2A). (Bill No. 6698; Bill No. 6699) • A public hearing to consider repealing and replacing Ordinance No. 6464 (Centene Clayton Campus Subdistrict 1, Subdistrict Plan) and Ordinance No. 6465 (Centene Clayton Campus, Subdistrict 2A, Subdistrict Plan) to amend each subdistrict plan to include a pedestrian bridge over South Lyle Avenue, connecting the parking garages of each subdistrict.
