PUBLIC HEARING

1. Ordinance – To approve rezoning and a Planned Unit Development for 227 S. Central Avenue. (Bill No. 6721) • This is a public hearing to consider approving a proposed rezoning of property located at 227 South Central Avenue from High Density Commercial (HDC) and the Central Station TOD Downtown Overlay District to a Planned Unit Development (PUD).

2. Ordinance – To approve a subdivision plat for 140 N. Brentwood Boulevard. (Bill No. 6722) • This is a public hearing to consider approving a minor subdivision plat for the subdivision of one parcel located at 140 North Brentwood Boulevard.

REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER

1. Motion – To approve a liquor license and special permit for Tavco Holdings I, LLC d/b/a The Wine and Cheese Place located at 7435 Forsyth Boulevard. • The applicant is requesting a liquor license to sell all kinds of intoxicating liquor at retail by the package, except Sunday AND special permit for wine, malt beverage, and spirit tastings.

2. Resolution – To approve the submittal of a Hazardous Moving Violation Enforcement Grant application. (Res. No. 19-04) • The Clayton Police Department requests authorization to submit a grant application to MoDOT.

3. Resolution – To approve the submittal of a Driving While Intoxicated Enforcement Grant application. (Res. No. 19-05) • The Clayton Police Department requests authorization to submit a grant application to MoDOT.

4. FY2019 1st Quarter Financial Report.
