1. Resolution – To approve a Conditional Use Permit for Imo’s Pizza Restaurant at 8321 Maryland Avenue. (Res. No. 19-12) • To consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit submitted by Rob Jacknewitz, restaurant owner, to allow the operation of a 1,489 square foot restaurant.

REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER

1. Ordinance – To approve the removal of parking meters in residential zones on N. Brentwood Boulevard (Bill No. 6762) • To allow the removal of parking meters from the east side of 8106 Westmoreland Avenue and in front of 140 North Brentwood Boulevard.

2. Appeal – ARB site plan approval – 234 Crandon Drive.
