1. Resolution – To approve a Conditional Use Permit for 6317 Clayton Road. (Res. No. 19-13) • To consider an application for a live/work unit.
REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER
1. Resolution – To approve an amendment to the Non-Uniformed Pension Plan Investment Policy Statement. (Res. No. 19-14) • To consider a recommendation by the Trustees to update the language to comply with new statutory requirements.
2. Resolution – To approve an amendment to the Uniformed Pension Plan Investment Policy Statement. (Res. No. 19-15) • To consider a recommendation by the Trustees to update the language to comply with new statutory requirements.
3. Ordinance – To approve a contract with Pace Construction Company, LLC for the Brentwood Boulevard Resurfacing Project. (Bill No. 6758) • To consider approving an ordinance authorizing a contract with Pace Construction Company, LLC in the amount of $1,341,750.
4. Ordinance – To approve an amendment to Sections 100.170 and 375.030 of the Municipal Code relating to the towing of vehicles on public property due to outstanding parking violations. (Bill No. 6763) 1 • To consider approving the ordinance to codify the policy and procedure for towing vehicles with outstanding parking violations.
5. Ordinance – To approve the closing of sale of 8049 Forsyth Boulevard and related ancillary documents. (Bill No. 6764) • To consider authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute the necessary documents to proceed with closing and execute the ancillary documents.
6. Ordinance – To approve a sales agreement for 602 Hanley Road. (Bill No. 6765) • To consider approving a sales agreement with Savoy Properties.
