1. Ordinance – To approve the closing of sale of 8049 Forsyth Boulevard and related ancillary documents. (Bill No. 6764) – 2nd Reading • To consider authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute the necessary documents to proceed with closing and execute the ancillary documents.

REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER

1. Ordinance – To approve on-call service contracts. (Bill No. 6766) • To consider authorizing on-call contracts with various consultants.

2. Motion – To approve aldermanic assignments to the Community Equity Commission.

3. Motion – To approve the 2020 Board of Aldermen Meeting Dates.

4. Appeal – Architectural Review Board decision for 7415 Parkdale Avenue.
