PUBLIC REQUESTS & PETITIONS

REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER

1. Ordinance – To authorize a user agreement with St. Louis County Emergency Communications Commission for the subscriber radio system. (Bill No. 6770) • The City would like to enter into a user agreement with St. Louis County Emergency Communications Commission to take part in the new radio system . 2. Ordinance – To approve an easement agreement for certain improvements to the Missouri-American Water System in Shaw Park. (Bill No. 6771) • To allow Missouri-American Water Company (“MO Water”) to build and maintain a replacement water pipe and other related appurtenances and improvements within Shaw Park.

3. Ordinance – To approve a maintenance agreement with Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) stormwater system in Shaw Park. (Bill No. 6772) • To approve a maintenance agreement with the Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) for certain sewers that are located under Field 7 in Shaw Park.

4. Ordinance – To approve the renewal of the Intergovernmental Agreement to provide technology services to the City of Brentwood. (Bill No. 6773) • To approve a contract renewal for technology services to be provided by the City of Clayton to the City of Brentwood on a contractual basis. The original 3-year intergovernmental agreement expires on January 31, 2020.
