In light of the current public health crisis and the Federal, State and County Emergency Declarations, and in accord with the provisions of Sec. 610.020, RSMo., the Board of Aldermen recognizes that it would be dangerous and impractical, if not impossible, for its meeting to be physically accessible to the public. The Board also recognizes the need for the public’s business to be attended to in order to protect the public health, safety and welfare. In order to balance both the need for continuity of government and protection of the health and safety of our residents, business persons and employees, this meeting of the Board of Aldermen will not be open to public attendance in person. The meeting will be accessible by the public in real time ONLY by following the instructions in the box below.

PUBLIC HEARING

1. Resolution – To approve a Conditional Use Permit for M1 Bank located at 7801 Forsyth Boulevard. (Res. No. 2020-17) • A public hearing and subsequent resolution for a Conditional Use Permit for the installation of an additional drive- through banking lane.

2. Resolution – To approve a Conditional Use Permit for 12 Hillvale Drive to allow for a second dwelling unit. (Res. No. 2020-18) • A public hearing to consider granting a Conditional Use Permit to Lizette Alvarez and Theodore Povinelli, owners, to allow for the construction of a 712 square foot detached second living unit.

CITY MANAGER REPORT

1. Ordinance – To authorize the City to join the Missouri Clean Energy District, Show Me Pace Clean Energy District, and Missouri Energy Savings Program pursuant to the Property Assessment Clean Energy Act. (Bill No. 6812)

2. Ordinance – To approve a contract with L.F. Krupp Construction, Inc. d/b/a Krupp Construction for the Maryland Avenue Resurfacing project. (Bill No. 6813) • To consider approving the contract.
