Joint Board of Aldermen and Board of Education Meeting The Center of Clayton September 13, 2017 6:00 p.m.

Attendance:

City of Clayton Board of Aldermen - Mayor Harold J. Sanger, Alderman Michelle Harris, Alderman Mark Winings, Alderman Joanne Boulton, Alderman Alex Berger III, Alderman Rich Lintz, and Alderman Ira Berkowitz.

City of Clayton Staff - City Manager Craig S. Owens, Director of Parks & Recreation Patty DeForrest, Assistant Director of Parks & Recreation Toni Siering, and Janet Watson, Director of Finance and Administration.

Board of Education - Kristin Redington, Lily Raymond, Amy Rubin, Jenaro Centeno, Brad Bernstein, Joe Miller, Gary Pierson.

School District of Clayton – Dr. Sean Doherty, and Barbara P. Moore, Executive Assistant to the Superintendent, and Mary Jo Gruber

CRSWC - Todd Thomason

MYAC Mayor Sanger introduced the members of the 2017-2018 Mayor’s Youth Advisory Council – Lian Anderson, Lauren Praiss, Eunice Shin, Caroline Thompson, Cooper Kennelly, David Tamsky, Sophie Bernstein, Gregory Bishop, Amit Cohen, Kyle Miller, Jake Sher, Andrew Wang, Cheryl Redohl, Adult Sponsor, and Ashley Hartmann, School Rep. Annie Winings - absent

St. Louis County Assessor Jake Zimmerman provided a presentation.

Patty DeForrest provided a presentation on the CRSWC Annual update and report.

Toni Siering provided both Boards with an overview of the CRSWC FY2018 proposed budget.

There being no further business the joint meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
