A. 7601-7651 Clayton Road – Planned Mixed-Use Development Rezoning/Planned Unit Development (PUD) A public hearing to receive public input and to consider a request submitted by Clayton-Hanley, LLC, to rezone the subject properties from their base and overlay zoning designations to a Planned Unit Development District (PUD) and to consider the terms and conditions of the PUD if the rezoning is approved. The PUD will facilitate the development of a mixed-use project consisting of a grocery store, restaurant and retail on the ground level and 298 residential apartment units.
