3. 46 Hillvale Drive – Architectural Review – Residential Addition Consideration of a request by Simon Igielnik, Applicant/Owner, for review of design and materials associated with a new residential addition.

4. 25 Southmoor Drive – Site Plan Review – Residential Addition, New Garage, & Exterior Renovations (00:23:15) Consideration of a request by Tom McGraw, Architect, on behalf of Angela and Jeffrey Flotken, Owners, for Site Plan review of a proposed residential addition, new garage, and rear yard renovations.

Ryan Helle provided a summary of the staff report with a recommendation to approve with the following conditions: Staff recommends approval with the following conditions:

make a contribution to the city forestry fund at the rate identified in Section 405.4110.C.2 prior to the removal of trees on site and the issuance of a building permit.
