2. Resolution - To approve a Conditional Use Permit for 222 S. Meramec Avenue, Drunken Bean, LLC. (Res. No. 18-11)  To consider an application for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a 778-square foot, 16-seat restaurant/coffee shop.

1. Ordinance – To readopt the City of Clayton’s Indemnification Policy. (Bill No. 6672)  To consider readopting the policy.

2. Ordinance – To approve the 25 N. Central Avenue Community Improvement District (CID) Director reappointments. (Bill No. 6673)  To consider approving a request to reappoint Joe Downs, Ryan Carlie, and Kristin Flanery to the Board of Directors.
