A. 1 Tuscany Park – New Construction – Single-Family Residence Site Plan Review Continued consideration of a request by Derek Sun & Elsie Luo, owners, for review of the site plan associated with the proposed construction of a 2-story, 4,107 square-foot (excluding 793 square- foot garage) single-family residence featuring an attached, side entry garage.

A. 8131 Westmoreland Avenue – New Construction – Accessory Structure (garage) Consideration of a request by Michael Blaes, architect, on behalf of Anthony & Sherri Webb, owners, for review of the design and materials associated with the proposed construction of a 1 ½ story, 800-square-foot detached garage in the rear yard. (The proposed project also includes alterations to the primary structure’s rear elevation and the driveway configuration).

Mark Naylor, agent/architect, on behalf of Regions Bank, owner, for review of the site plan associated with the proposed construction of a 2,743 square-foot banking facility, a freestanding 2-lane drive-through facility, a 3,457-square-foot retail building and a 29 space surface parking lot. -OVER- Conditional Use Permit (8321 Maryland Avenue) Consideration of a request by R. Mark Naylor, agent/architect, on behalf of Regions Bank, owner, for a conditional use permit to allow the construction of a freestanding 2-lane drive-through facility in conjunction with the new Regions Bank facility.

PUBLIC HEARING/MIXED-USE PROJECT
A. 7601-7651 Clayton Road – Planned Mixed-Use Development Rezoning/Planned Unit Development (PUD) A public hearing to receive public input and to consider a request submitted by Clayton-Hanley, LLC, to rezone the subject properties from their base and overlay zoning designations to a Planned Unit Development District (PUD) and to consider the terms and conditions of the PUD if the rezoning is approved. The PUD will facilitate the development of a mixed-use project consisting of a grocery store, restaurant and retail on the ground level and 298 residential apartment units.
