It's helped build awareness. But what we've realized is that if we don't address the anti-racism aspect of this, the most effective teaching strategies are not going to work. And so it'll still permeate what's happening in the schools. And so I have seen that evolution. And I think that now we're at this point where we have to be explicit. So some next steps moving forward is that I think that we have to all have a common understanding about what we mean to be anti-racist. And I think that one of the things that is going to be important is that the board dedicates their own time to an investment of going through some type of anti-racism training and to develop that common language. And maybe similar to what we're going to be doing with our administrators, going through the crossroads training and making that an option for us. We need to be thinking about different ways to hold ourselves accountable and having those measurable goals come back to the table on an ongoing basis. In our strategic plan, we talk about an evergreen model and that we're going to keep coming back, keep coming back. We have to do that about our work with anti-racism.
