PUBLIC HEARING
1. Resolution – To approve a Conditional Use Permit for 7 Gables Hotel located at 26 N. Meramec Avenue. (Res. No. 18-15). • To consider an application to allow the operation of a 20,794 square-foot hotel.
2. Resolution – To approve a Conditional Use Permit for Lemon Shark Poke Restaurant located at 33 N. Central Avenue. (Res. 18-16) • To consider an application to allow a 2,126 square foot restaurant.
3. Ordinance - Property Tax Levies - Tax Year 2018 (FY 2019) – 1st Reading (Bill No. 6686) *** General Municipal Purposes *** *** Debt Levy General Obligation Bond Purposes*** *** Police Building Debt Service*** *** Special Business District *** • As part of the budget adoption process, the City Manager shall present to the Board the proposed tax rates.
4. Ordinance - To adopt the FY 2019 Operating and Capital Improvement Budget – 1st Reading (Bill No. 6687) • As part of the budget adoption process, the City Manager shall present the Board with an annual budget. The Board has extensively reviewed the proposed budget at a work session held July 20, 2018 and August 17, 2018.
