10. 201-215 North Meramec Avenue & 8015 Pershing Avenue – Site Plan Review – New Mixed-Use Consideration of a request by Neil Chace, Applicant, on behalf of Keeley Properties, Owner, for site plan review of a proposed mixed-use retail and residential development.
Carolyn Gaidis made a motion to recommend approval to the Board of Alderman with the conditions identified in Public Hearing Item 2. Bridget McAndrew seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
11. 201-215 North Meramec Avenue & 8015 Pershing Avenue – Architectural Review - New Mixed- Use Consideration of a request by Neil Chace, Applicant, on behalf of Keeley Properties, Owner, for review of design and materials associated with a proposed mixed-use retail and residential development.
Carolyn Gaidis made a motion to approve as submitted. Bridget McAndrew seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
12. 201-215 North Meramec Avenue & 8015 Pershing Avenue – Plan Commission – Major Subdivision Plat Consideration of a request by Neil Chace, Applicant, on behalf of Keeley Properties, Owner, for the consolidation of Lots 1, 2, 3, and 7, Block 3, West Bemiston.
