REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER

1. Motion – To accept the FY2017 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR).  RubinBrown LLC, will present a report to the Board on the summary audit information.

2. Update on the Maryland Avenue Project.

3. Ordinance – To approve an amendment to the FY2018 Budget - 2nd Quarter. (Bill No. 6670)  The City of Clayton reviews its budgeted revenues and expenditures on a quarterly basis to respond to changes as the fiscal year progresses and to update the Board regarding budgetary issues.

4. FY2018 2nd Quarter Financial Report.

5. Ordinance – To approve an amendment to Section 340 to add new sections to address golf carts and low speed vehicles. (Bill No. 6671)  To consider amending Section 340 to add seven new Sections, initially designated as Sections 340.230 through 340.290, which addresses the use of golf carts and low speed vehicles on Clayton streets and roadways.
