1. Ordinance – To approve a plan for an Industrial Development Project for the Centene Campus Extension Project authorizing the City of Clayton to issue its taxable industrial revenue bonds and authorizing the City Manager to enter into certain agreements and take certain other actions in connection with the project and the issuance of the bonds. (Bill No. 6588) • To consider approving a Plan for an Industrial Development Project and Fiscal/Tax Impact Analysis relating to a public-private partnership between the City and the Centene Corporation as part of the expansion of its national headquarters in downtown Clayton.
