III. OPEN FORUM This is the opportunity for the City Council to listen to comments from citizens concerning any matter of the city's business or any matter over which the City Council has control. Anyone wishing to address any aspect of a matter that is the subject of a public hearing scheduled for the same meeting shall confine any comments on that subject to the public hearing and not address that subject during an open forum. Each person addressing the City Council must complete and submit to the city clerk a speaker card containing the speaker's name, residential address and the subject upon which the speaker desires to speak. Each speaker is limited to three minutes to address the City Council during an open forum.

(Bill No. 7123) * A public hearing to consider text amendments related to storm water control. V. CONSENT AGENDA All items within the Consent Agenda will be enacted by one motion of the City Council with no separate discussion. If separate discussion is desired, that item may be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be considered separately.

1. Ordinance – A condominium plat for 8250 Forsyth Boulevard. (Bill No. 7124) *The proposed ordinance will approve a condominium plat.

2. Ordinance – A contract for the Brentwood Traffic Signal project. (Bill No. 7125) * The proposed ordinance to approve a contract with Gerstner Electric, Inc.

3. Ordinance – A Mutual Aid Agreement for Public Works services. (Bill No. 7126) * Authorization to renew a Public Works Emergency Response Mutual Aid Agreement with surrounding municipalities and other political subdivisions within the St. Louis region.
