Good evening, everyone, and welcome to the Planning Commission ARB meeting for December 6th. Anyone in the audience, if you wish to speak, raise your hand and you'll be admitted in at the appropriate time. Let's start with the roll call. Chairman Steve Lichtenfeld? Here. Robert Dunlow? Here. Helen DiFate? Here. Carolyn Gatiss. Here. David Gipson. Here. George Hedick. Here. Ira Berkowitz. Okay. We have meetings from the previous regular, we have minutes from the previous regular meeting of November 15th. It was quite lengthy. Are there any changes to it? No. Do we have a motion? I'll make a motion to approve the minutes. Second. All in favor? Aye. Opposed? Okay, thank you. Let's move on to new business. Item number 18028, Orlando. Mr. Chair, I just wanted to mention as well, we do have an item on here that is the applicant is the city of Clayton, our parks and recreation department. It is the sixth item on the agenda. They also have a parks and recreation commission meeting this evening. So if we could move that to the second or third spot on the agenda, I don't know if we need the rest of the commission to approve that, but it would be much appreciated so she can prepare and be there in time. PB John Gerstle, Sure, thank you if there's no objection we'll move it to item number two. PB David Ensign – Great Thank you very much sorry to interrupt. No problem. PB David Ensigne – Okay nisa we're on item number one.
