1. Resolution – To approve a Conditional Use Permit for 8020 Forsyth Boulevard, Midwest Bank Centre (Res. No. 17-16)  To consider approving a request to allow for the operation of a drive-through facility on the site.

2. Resolution - To approve a Conditional Use Permit for Peel Wood Fired Pizza Restaurant located at 212 S. Meramec (Res. No. 17-17)  To consider approving a request to allow the operation of a 7,455 square-foot, 199 seat restaurant.

REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER

1. Ordinance - Property Tax Levies - Tax Year 2017 (FY 2018) – 2ND Reading (Bill No. 6627) *** General Municipal Purposes *** *** Debt Levy General Obligation Bond Purposes*** *** Police Building Debt Service*** *** Special Business District ***  As part of the budget adoption process, the City Manager shall present to the Board the proposed tax rates. The public hearing and first reading of the ordinance was held at the August 22, 2017 Board of Aldermen meeting.

2. Ordinance - To adopt the FY 2018 Operating and Capital Improvement Budget – 2ND Reading (Bill No. 6628)  As part of the budget adoption process, the City Manager shall present the Board with an annual budget. The Board has extensively reviewed the proposed budget at a work session held July 18, 2017 and August 18, 2017. The public hearing and first reading of the ordinance was held at the August 22, 2017 Board of Aldermen meeting.

1  The City of Clayton reviews and adjusts its budgeted revenues and expenditures on a quarterly basis to respond to changes as the fiscal year progresses and to update the Board regarding budgetary issues.

4. Ordinance – Approving a payment in lieu of taxes agreement with Concordia seminary for public safety services. (Bill No. 6630)  An agreement with Concordia Seminary for Payments In Lieu Of Taxes (PILOT) to the City for public safety services.
