Are there any changes or recommendations? No. Well, then do we have a motion? I'll make a motion to approve the minutes. All in favor? Aye. Opposed? Okay, thank you. The first item on our agenda is the public hearing for Chapter 405 of the Land Use Code and Chapter 500 of the Property Maintenance Code. And we will open the public hearing. Brian?
