Ryan Helle provided a summary of the staff report with a recommendation to continue the application to allow for revisions. Henry Huynh, Mike Thompson, and Linda Clark were present on behalf of the application. PC-ARB discussed the application with the project representatives. Helen DiFate made a recommendation to continue the application to an undetermined date to allow the applicant to make revisions. Susan Buse seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.

A Rezoning and Text Amendment for revisions to the City’s Zoning Map and Land Use Code, Chapter 405, Articles XIX, XX, XXI, and XXII (Commercial and Service Zoning Districts) and Chapter 410, Articles V, XII-A, and XII-B (Overlay and Urban Design Districts), to consider adopting a Unified Development Code allowing mixed-use zoning, to establish definitions, regulations, and the boundary of the districts.

Ryan Helle provided a summary of changes from the previous meeting. PC-ARB discussed the changes. Public comments were heard. The public hearing closed at 8:00 p.m. Helen DiFate made a motion to recommend approval of the text amendment to the City Council as submitted. Susan Buse seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
