REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER
1. Ordinance – To consider adopting the 2015 International Building, Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) with amendments (First Reading). (Bill No. 6509) With the adoption of the 2015 IPMC, the City would be in compliance with the latest update provided by the International Code Council.
2. Resolution – Readopting Procedure to Disclose Potential Conflicts of Interest. (Res. No. 15-08) The Missouri Ethics Commission requires all affected municipalities to readopt the personal financial disclosure annually no later than September 15th.

3. Motion - To consider an appeal of the Plan Commission/Architectural Review Board decision for 7700 Davis Drive (Central Presbyterian). This is an appeal submitted by Katherine Bauer, owner of 7730 Mohawk Place and Stewart Goldstein, 7729 Mohawk Place associated with the proposed construction of a monument sign for Central Presbyterian Church.
