Okay, so this is a text amendment that's going to be going. Okay, so there's a recommendation that came out of the Clayton Community Equity Commission. They had various recommendations, so we've kind of addressed a few of them in the last few meetings for some text amendments. This one comes out of the a discussion related to duplex units and affordable housing, which is a very large topic that we will address in more detail through our comprehensive plan.
