4. Consent Agenda

The following resolution authorizes the District’s Chief Financial Officer to disburse funds authorized within the District’s budget. It also requires the Chief Financial Officer to submit a listing of all checks and other disbursements to the Board of Education for formal approval monthly.

4.9 Donations On behalf of the District, the Board of Education would like to thank the following for their donations: • The Optimist Club of Clayton for their generous donation of $1,000 for the Robotics Championships. • Clayco for their generous donation of $5,000 for the Robotics Championships. • Guo Chen, parent, for his generous donation of $1,000 to the Clayton High School Math Club. Approve the donations as presented.
