Good evening, everyone, and welcome to the Plain Commission ARB meeting for April 4th. If you have any mobile phones, please silence them now. The 8601 square foot site is located on the east side of South Merrimack Avenue between Clayton Road and Watkins Drive. The property has a zoning designation of R2 single family dwelling district.
