This document is the minutes of the City Plan Commission/Architectural Review Board meeting held September 5, 2023. PC-ARB discussed the topic of façade material composition and requested that the applicants consider revision. Bridget McAndrew made a motion to continue the application to the September 18th PC-ARB meeting to allow the applicants to consider façade material revisions. Helen DiFate seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
