The first item on our agenda is called the open forum portion of our meeting. So if there is anybody that would like to address us about a matter that is not on the agenda. So if you're going to speak about an agenda item, you'll wait until that item comes before the council. But if you would like to talk to us about something in the community, you're welcome to come do that. I see that I do have a couple of speaker cards. Just a reminder that If you do come up and talk to us during the open forum portion, you are limited to three minutes to talk. And if anyone would like to come forward, I'm not sure, I won't, I'm not going to call any sort of order. So if there's somebody that would like to come first, you're welcome to come out.
