5. 25 Southmoor Drive – Architectural Review – Residential Addition, New Garage, & Exterior Renovations (00:30:50) Consideration of a request by Tom McGraw, Architect, on behalf of Angela and Jeffrey Flotken, Owners, for review of design and materials associated with a new residential addition, new garage, and rear yard renovations.
Ryan Helle provided a summary of the staff report with a recommendation to approve as submitted. Tom McGraw, Architect/Applicant, was present. PC-ARB discussed the item with the applicant. Carolyn Gaidis made a motion to approve as submitted. Bob Denlow seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.

make a contribution to the city forestry fund at the rate identified in Section 405.4110.C.2 prior to the removal of trees on site and the issuance of a building permit.
