II. Minutes – Regular meeting of 02/17/2026 Minutes were presented from the meeting on February 17th, 2026. Jim Arsenault made a motion to approve the minutes as submitted. Chris Brennan seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.

III. Open Forum No members of the audience elected to participate in the Open Forum.

IV. Business Matters

NEW BUSINESS 1. 6325 Clayton Road – Plat application – Boundary adjustment (00:02:34) Consideration of a request by William Clark, Applicant, on behalf of St. Marks Evangelical Lutheran Church, Owners, for review of a Boundary Adjustment plat.

Hobie Kropp provided a summary of the staff report with a recommendation to approve with the following conditions:

owner’s signature) for the appropriate City of Clayton signatures per the Subdivision Ordinance requirements; and

Deeds office within 30 days of approval of the boundary adjustment by the Plan Commission.

Trish Winchell and Joshua Stockstill were present on behalf of the application. The PC-ARB discussed the application with the project representatives. Jim Arsenault made a motion to approve with the following recommendations:
