Carolyn Gaidis made a motion to recommend approval to the Board of Alderman with the conditions identified in Public Hearing Item 2. Bridget McAndrew seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
2. 201-215 North Meramec Avenue & 8015 Pershing Avenue – Planned Unit Development – New Mixed Use Consideration of a request by Neil Chace, Applicant, on behalf of Keeley Properties, Owner, for consideration of the terms and conditions of the proposed Planned Unit Development.
Carolyn Gaidis made a motion to recommend approval to the Board of Alderman with the following conditions:
