2. The proposed screening and enclosure fence material shall be revised to conform to Architectural Review

Guidelines. Mike Thompson, Architect, and Jason Woods, Prospective Buyer, were present on behalf of the application. PC ARB discussed the application with the project representatives. Carolyn Gaidis made a motion to table the application to a future meeting date to allow the applicant to clarify materials and consider revisions to the exterior. Bob Denlow seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.

ADJOURNMENT The meeting adjourned at 7:06 p.m.
