(Bill No. 6750) • To consider approval in order to fund the cost of one-half of the renovations and expansion of The Center of Clayton and for the refunding of the 2009B outstanding bond issue; The total estimated amount of bonds are $12,975,000.

1. Motion – To approve a liquor license for Clayton Wine House located at 7911 Clayton Road. • To consider approving an application to sell all kinds of intoxicating liquor at retail by the package, except Sunday and a special permit for wine, malt beverage, and spirit tastings.
2. Ordinance – To approve the FY2019 3rd Quarter Budget amendment. (Bill No. 6753) • The City of Clayton reviews and adjusts its budgeted revenues and expenditures on a quarterly basis to respond to changes as the fiscal year progresses and to update the Board regarding budgetary issues.

4. Ordinance – To approve an amendment to Table III F and Table III-O of the Parking Regulations in Title III of the Clayton City Code related to South Bemiston Avenue. (Bill No. 6754) • To consider approving an amendment to the parking restrictions by extending the one-hour parking limit to Monday through Saturday. The section impacted is on the west side between Mohawk Place south right of way and the east-west alley south of West Biltmore Drive.
