City Council Strategic Discussion Session In-Person and Virtual (Zoom) Meeting February 20, 2026 Clayton City Hall Council Chambers – 2nd Fl. 10 N. Bemiston Avenue 3:05 p.m.

Minutes

The meeting was open to individuals to attend in-person and/or virtually via Zoom.

City Council: Mayor McAndrew, Susan Buse, Becky Patel, Rick Hummell, Jeffery Yorg, and Kami Waldman.

Staff: City Manager Gipson, and Assistant City Manager, Myron Burr

Absent: Gary Feder

DISCUSSION ON OUTDOOR DINING.

Hobie Kropp, Plans Technician, addressed the Council providing a PowerPoint presentation on proposed goals for outdoor dining. (copy available in the City Clerk’s office)

Anna Krane, Director of Planning, was in attendance to answer questions.

No action (vote) was taken.

DISCUSSION ON FOOD TRUCKS
