(Bill No. 6734.1) • A public hearing to consider an amendment to Chapter 405 (Zoning Regulations) Article X. Planned Unit Development District.

6. Ordinance – To approve a parking lease agreement related to the 25 N. Central development project. (Bill No. 6741) • To consider approval in order to comply with the 2015 Development Agreement.
7. Resolution – Readopting Procedure to Disclose Potential Conflicts of Interest. (Res. No. 19-09) • The Missouri Ethics Commission requires all affected municipalities to readopt the personal financial disclosure annually no later than September 15th.
