PUBLIC HEARING
1. Ordinance – To approve a subdivision plat and right-of-way dedication for along S. Central Avenue. (Bill No. 6767) • To consider approval to dedicate right-of-way to the City along the alley that is between Meramec Avenue and Central Avenue, west of the existing building, and to grant an easement along South Central Avenue for a sidewalk expansion.
REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER
1. Ordinance – To consider repealing Section 350.080, Parking Vehicle for Sale Prohibited. (Bill No. 6768) • Staff has recommended to remove this section from the City’s regulatory program.
2. Ordinance – To approve a sales agreement for 602 Hanley Road. (Bill No. 6769) • To consider approving a sales agreement with Savoy Properties.
3. Motion – To approve appointments to the Boards and Commissions.
4. Appeal – Architectural Review Board decision for 7415 Parkdale Avenue.
