1. Resolution – To approve a Conditional Use Permit for MDP Clayton, LLC for 222 S. Bemiston Avenue. (Res. No. 18-12). • To consider an application to allow the operation of a 3,760 square foot restaurant to be known as La Palata at 222 S. Bemiston Avenue (formerly Remy’s Wine Bar).

2. Resolution – To approve a Conditional Use Permit for Washington University South 40 Campus. (Res. 18-13) • To consider an application to amend a Conditional Use Permit to increase the number of beds and parking spaces on the Washington University South 40 campus.

3. Ordinance – To approve amendments to Chapter 205 of the Municipal Code relating to regulations of explosives and explosive materials. (Bill No. 6679) • Amendment to Chapter 205 of the Municipal Code by the addition of a new Article III consisting of two new sections relating to regulation of explosives and explosive materials.

4. Ordinance – To approve rezoning and a Planned Unit Development Plan for 7601 AND 7651 Clayton Road. (Bill No. 6680) • To consider a request for rezoning and a PUD to allow the construction of a mixed-use/senior living development.

REPORT FROM THE CITY MANAGER

1. Ordinance – To approve a Subdivision Plat for 7601 and 7651 Clayton Road. (Bill No. 6681) • To consider an application for a major subdivision plat to consolidate the properties and adjust boundary lines to dedicate public right-of-way along Clayton Road to St. Louis County to allow for the installation of a westbound right turn lane.

2. Motion – To set August 28, 2018 as the date for a public hearing to provide public comment on the proposed FY 2019 Operating and Capital Improvement Budget and the proposed Property Tax Levies for tax year 2018. • Pursuant to the City Charter, the Board of Aldermen is required to determine the time and place for a public hearing on the proposed FY 2019 Operating and Capital Improvement Budget and the proposed property tax levies for tax

1 year 2018 (FY2019).

3. Resolution – To approve submission of a Municipal Parks grant application for the Shaw Park Ice Rink project. (Res. No. 18-14) • To authorize staff to submit a grant application.

5. Ordinance – To approve an amendment to the Purchase Agreement for 227 S. Central Avenue. (Bill No. 6683) • To consider approving the amendments as described in the Request for Board Action memorandum.

6. Ordinance – To approve an amendment to Table III-A, Parking Regulations in Title III of the City Code. (Bill No. 6684) • The amendment will add a section of Venetian Drive to Table III-A Parking Restrictions.

7. Ordinance – To approve an amendment to Table III-M, Parking Regulations Ordinance in Title III of the City Code (Bill No. 6685) • This bill corrects an error contained in Ordinance 6543.

8. Long-Term Initiative: Enhance the Vibrancy of the Central Business District.
