MINUTES BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT August 6th, 2026 ROLL CALL

Chairman Rick Bliss called the meeting to order at 5:07 pm.

1. Minutes Minutes from June 4th, 2026, were presented for approval. Liza Streett made a motion to approve the minutes as submitted. Bryce Woollen seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.

1. 17 Brentmoor Park An appeal from Paul Fendler, Applicant, on behalf of Mary and Christopher Danforth, Owners, for the following variance from the City of Clayton’s Zoning Regulations: 1. A 24 foot variance from the required front yard setback of 95 feet, 5 inches, Section 405.1730.A.A of Article XII (“R-1”) Large Lot Single- Family Dwelling District.

Rebecca Brewer swore in all those present wishing to speak on the appeal. Ryan Helle entered the exhibits into the record. Paul Fendler was present on behalf of the appeal. The board discussed the appeal with the project representatives. Liza Streett made a motion to approve a 24 foot variance from the required front yard setback of 95 feet, 5 inches, Section 405.1730.A.A of Article XII (“R-1”) Large Lot Single- Family Dwelling District. Bryce Woollen seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
