2. Minutes of the July 7,2016 meeting

3. An appeal submitted by John S. Odom, architect on behalf of Richard Hawes, owner, for a 3-foot, 11.5-inch variance from the required side yard setback of 6 feet to allow the construction of an addition at 213 North Bemiston Avenue.

4. An appeal submitted by Douglas & Sabrina Holtzman, owners, for a 7-foot, 5-inch variance from the required 66.75-foot front-yard setback and for a 3-foot, 9-inch variance from the required side yard setback of 5 feet to allow the construction of an accessory structure at the northwest quadrant of the property addressed 9 East Brentmoor Park.

5. An appeal submitted by Scott Mehlman, developer, for a 11.23-foot variance from the required minimum lot width of 60-feet in the R-2 Zoning District and a 795-square foot variance from the required 7,500 square foot minimum lot size in the R-2 Zoning District to allow a boundary adjustment between the properties addressed 8028 & 8034 Crescent Drive.
