An appeal submitted by Dennis FitzWilliam, contractor on behalf of Phyllis Maritz, owner, for a 3.26-foot variance from the required side yard setback of 10 feet to allow the construction of a structure over the existing rear deck comprised of a trellis roof and 2 X 2 foot lattice wall on the north and east sides of the deck of the property addressed 135 Linden Avenue.
