Niedorff Revocable Trust, owner, for a 9-foot variance from the required side yard setback of 10-feet to allow the construction/installation of a 73-foot L X 9-foot W aluminum and wire mesh enclosure along the northern property line. (Section 405.1900.A.3 “Side Yard Setbacks”).
