A request submitted by Anne Chao, Preschool Director, on behalf of First Trinitarian Congregation of St. Louis, owner, for a 17 foot variance from the allowed 5 foot covered patio projection into the east front yard and a 20 foot variance from the allowed 5 foot covered patio projection into the south front yard to allow the construction of a sunshade extending 22 feet into the east front yard and extending 25 feet into the south front yard (Section 405.1900.A.1.c). Said property addressed 6501 Wydown Blvd.
