3. An appeal from Ken and Lori Aston, Applicant/owner, of 747 Middle Polo Drive for the following variance from the City of Clayton’s Zoning Regulations to allow the construction of a garage addition to a single- family residence:

A 6.08-foot variance from the required west front yard setback of 8.25 feet (Section 405.1900.A.1.a).

A 3.83-foot variance from the required rear yard setback of 32.4 feet (Section 405.1900.A.2).
