3. An appeal from Ken and Lori Aston, Applicant/owner, of 747 Middle Polo Drive for the following variances from the City of Clayton’s Zoning Regulations to allow the construction of a garage addition to a single- family residence:

A 14.25-foot variance from the required rear yard setback of 32.4 feet (Section 405.1900.A.2).

A 2.66-foot variance from the required rear yard setback of 32.4 feet (Section 405.1900.A.2).

4. An appeal from Blair and Sasha Kweskin, Applicant/owner, of 8145 Pershing Avenue for the following variance from the City of Clayton’s Zoning Regulations to bring the current structure into conformance and to allow for a second-story addition to a single-family residence:

A 5.00-foot variance from the required rear yard setback of 30 feet (Section 405.1900.A.2).

5. An appeal from Richard and Katherine Lintz, Applicant/owner, of 6375 Alexander Drive for the following variances from the City of Clayton’s Zoning Regulations to allow the construction of a gazebo to a single-family residence:

A 13-foot 4-inch variance from the required front yard setback of 60 feet along Fauquier Drive (Section 405.1900.A.1).

A 5-foot 9-inch variance from the required primary structure setback of 10 feet (Section 405.1900.A.3.c).
