CHAIRMAN SOULE called the meeting to order at approximately 17:03.
MEETING MINUTES OF JANUARY 7, 2021 WERE APPROVED.

An appeal from Patrick Maroon, Applicant/Owner, of 937 S. Bemiston Avenue for the following variance from the City of Clayton’s Zoning Regulations to allow for the construction of an enclosed porch addition:
A 3.1 foot variance from the required side yard setback of 6.4 feet, Section 405.1900.A.3 of Article XIII “R-2” Single Family Dwelling.
All those wishing to speak were sworn in by Chairman Soule

Chairman Soule asked if the City had any exhibits to present with regards to this appeal.
