2. An appeal from Terry Bernstein, Applicant/Owner, of 632 Audubon Drive for a 2.9 foot variance from the required side yard setback of 8.0 feet, Section 405.1900.A.3 of Article XIII “R-2” Single-Family Dwelling District of the City of Clayton’s Zoning Regulations, to allow for the construction of an enclosed porch above an existing garage.

Said property being located on Lot 5, Block 15 of the Moorlands Addition Subdivision, City of Clayton, and being known and numbered 632 Audubon Drive.

3. An appeal from Douglas Leipziger, Applicant, of 128 and 132 North Brentwood Boulevard for a 4.2 foot variance from the required side yard setback of 10.0 feet, Section 405.2210.A.3 of Article XIII “R-4” Low Density Multiple-Family Dwelling District of the City of Clayton’s Zoning Regulations, to allow for the consolidation of two lots:

An appeal from Robert and Vivian Pollak, Applicants/Owners, of 49 Claverach Drive for a 2.9 foot variance from the required side yard setback of 6.9 feet, Section 405.1900.A.3 of Article XIII “R-2” Single-Family Dwelling District of the City of Clayton’s Zoning Regulations, to allow for the construction of a deck.

Said property being located on Lot 14, Block 9 of the Claverach Park Subdivision, City of Clayton, and being known and numbered 49 Claverach Drive.
