3. An appeal from Kathryn Davis, Applicant, on behalf of William and Joelle Travis, owners of 166 N. Central Ave, for the following variance from the City of Clayton’s Zoning Regulations:
A 5 foot, 8.4 inch variance from the required side yard setback of 6 feet, Section 405.2050.A.3 of Article XIV (“R-3”) One and Two-Family Dwelling District to allow for the construction of a deck.
4. An appeal from Scott Ferguson, Applicant and Owner of 7530 Westmoreland Avenue, for the following variance from the City of Clayton’s Zoning Regulations:
A 1 foot, 9.6 inch variance from the required side yard setback of 6 feet, Section 405.1900.A.3 of Article XIII (“R-2”) Single- Family Dwelling District to allow for the construction of an enclosed porch.
