1. An appeal from Elizabeth Panke, Applicant, on behalf of Louis Jernagan and Hope Welles Owners, for the following variance from the City of Clayton’s Zoning Regulations:

A 4.33 foot variance from the required rear yard setback of 5 feet, Section 405.1730.A.2.C of Article XII (“R-1”) Large Lot Single-Family Dwelling District to allow for the construction of a detached garage.
