3. 8041 Venetian Drive – Area Variance An appeal from Lorraine Cohen, Applicant, on behalf of Li Xiaoling and Duan Ye, Owners, for the following variance from the City of Clayton’s Zoning Regulations to allow for a boundary adjustment plat:
A 1,409 square foot variance from the required minimum lot size of 7,500 square feet, Section 405.1870 of Article XIII (“R-2”) Single-Family Dwelling District
4. 408 South Hanley Road – Area Variance An appeal from Mark Birchler, Applicant, on behalf of Laishang P. Zhang, Owner, for the following variance from the City of Clayton’s Zoning Regulations:
A 15.58 percent variance from the maximum impervious lot coverage of 55 percent, Section 405.2200 of Article XV (“R-4”) Low Density Multiple-Family Dwelling District to allow a total lot overage of 70.58 percent.
